Upon contract termination, you receive a full export of all resolutions, voting records, and audit trails within 30 days. Data is permanently deleted from our infrastructure 90 days post-export.

Essentials plans allow temporary guest access for up to 3 additional members per resolution. Exceeding this threshold triggers an automatic upgrade prompt with pro-rated pricing.
Standard contracts are 12 months. Month-to-month arrangements are available at a 20% premium for Professional tier only. Enterprise requires a minimum 12-month commitment.
